Voice Mail Service
This service is very similar to auto answering machine. But instead of to equip each extension with auto answering machine, you use only one device KX-TVS50, and in addition to standart features of auto answering machine, such as recording and playing back external and internal messages, message waiting notification, scan messages, remote access to AAM, Voice Mail Service of KX-TVS50 allows to transfer received messages to one or several subscribers, send private messages, send any message to other mailboxes automatically, deliver messages to external non-subscribers, use several time modes (Day, Night, Break, Launch), etc. VPS allows to set up to 30 password-protected, individual mailboxes with the capacity to store up to 100 messages each. Any mailbox owner can set personal greeting and password for secutrity reasons. To notify subscriber about new messages Panasonic KX-TVS50 Voice Processing System can turn on Message Waiting Lamp, send notification to subscribers pager or/and call to pre-assigned phone number.

Automated Attendant Service
This servise is very similar to DISA (Direct Inward System Access). It allows to receive and route incoming calls. Callers can call desired extension by dialing extension number, and rotary phone callers can be redirected to Operator or General Delivery Mailbox. Interview Service
This service lets you to program specific mailbox of KX-TVS50 with up to 10 questions and set this mailbox as calls receiver. After each question VPS automatically sets into recording mode to receive and record callers answer into this mailbox. You can then playback, transfer and collect these answers. How to set
Custom Service
This service consits of all features of the Automated Attendant and Voice Mail Services. In addition, it's possible to get access to any TVS50 service with one phone kepad key pressing. This service lets KX-TVS users to set up to 100 voice menu prompts each of them can have 12 choices to press a key. Each key pressing process executing of a preprogrammed action. So, it's possible to add to KX-TVS50 a flexibility to process any customer's request by building multilevel voice menus with a variety of call handlers. Multilingual Support
KX-TVS50 can support up to 3 languages. English is programmed by default, and other can be record by users choice. All system prompts are programmable, and when callers reach KX-TVS50 it's possible to choose the langauge they prefer. It's also possible to assign different languages to different phone numbers.
