Mailbox Setting
This Service lets you to create, delete and change the parameters of mailboxes. You can create not more than 30 mailboxes. For each mailbox you can specify:
- mailbox number;
- owner extension;
- owner first and last name;
- Ñlass of Service;
- password protection;
- covering extension - the extension all unanswered calls will be transferred to;
- all ñalls transfer to mailbox - you can specify that all calls made to the extension are automatically forwarded to the mailbox;
- Notification Setting;
- 2 external phone numbers for remote call forwarding.
Notification Setting
These parameters are used for notifying the extension that there are messages in the extension's mailbox. One mailbox can have not more than three destinations (Device 1, 2, 3) which notifications are sent to. In Ñlass of Service defines if the subscriber can use this option. You can set:
- device type - telephone or beeper;
- notification mode - not use, continously, sheduled;
- number of retries;
- busy and no answer delay time;
- schedule time - the schedule is specified for a week; you can specify two time intervals for each day.
Class of Service
You can use this service to set various parameters available for the subscriber. These parameters are grouped into Classes of Service (COS). There can be 64 Classes of Service. The COS number can be assigned to any mailbox. Besides, the same COS number can be assigned to different mailboxes. You can set:
- Greeting Length;
- New Message Retention Time;
- Saved Message Retention Time
- Message Length
- Mailbox Capacity Maximum Messages
- Mailbox Capacity Maximum Message Time
- Message Retrieval Order
- Message Scanning with Information
- Play System Prompt after Personal Greeting
