System Group Assignment

This service lets you to set up Mailbox Groups and Extension Groups for Panasonic VPS users.

Time Service

This service lets you to configure the time intervals within a day for future use while processing incoming calls. These intervals are used in Port Service and Operator's Parameters. You can specify 5 intervals within one day (Day, Lunch, Break1, Break2, Break3). You can also set different values for these intervals for different weekdays

Holiday Setting

This service is used for specifying the parameters for 20 holidays. You can specify a separate Incoming Call Service for a holiday, a separate greeting and specify for what ports and/or external line groups these setting are active

Daylight Saving Time

You can use this service for specifying the daylight saving time period. These parameters are used for correcting the internal Panasonic Voice Processing System clock.

Prompt Settings

You can use these settings to configure the Multilingual parameters of Panasonic Voice Processing System. You can specify:

• The numbers the caller must dial to select the corresponding language for prompts
• The AM/PM position while announcing the time to Panasonic VPS user prompts.

System Caller Name Announcement

This feature is used to configure announcements of callers names, which must be recorded in the Message Manager beforehand. You can specify caller ID of an incoming call for announcing the name of the caller and description of this Caller ID.

System Date/Time

You can use this service to specify the Panasonic Voice Processing System date and time.
