Extension Numbering Plan

With this feature you can specify masks for the quick detection of valid extensions. These parameters are used for the better integration of the Panasonic Voice Processing System and the PBX.

Dialing Parameters

You can use this service to configure the dial parameters and the parameters for working with calls made to external phone numbers.

Message Waiting Notification

This service lets you to set up the parameters for sending notifications about messages in the mailbox. You can specify:

• The numbers of ports the Panasonic Voice Processing System uses for sending notifications about messages in the mailbox
• The numbers of ports the Panasonic Voice Processing System uses for sending the command to turn on the lamp on the phone notifying about messages in the mailbox
• The maximum number of digits that the caller can use to enter the callback number
• The maximum amount of time the caller can use to enter each next digit in the Beeper Callback No. Entry
• Callback number that will be displayed on the beeper if the caller does not leave any callback number

External Message Delivery Service

This service lets you to configure the External Message Delivery mode parameters of Panasonic Voice Processing System. You can specify

• The number of times calls should be repeated in case the dialed number is busy or does not answer
• The delay before the next dialing if the dialed number is busy or not answer
• The numbers of ports the Panasonic Voice Processing System uses for External Message Delivery
• The maximum length of calls and maximum length of messages for External Message Delivery that can be recorded.
• The maximum number of messages for External Message Delivery that can be stored in one mailbox
• The phone number that will be announced to the message recipient as the number the message sender can be contacted at

Call Hold

With this service you can configure which information and actions can get the caller in the Hold mode. You can specify:

• His or her place in the queue of the calls being held
• The time interval at which the Panasonic Voice Processing System will keep on offering the caller who is in the Hold mode to choose either to cancel the Hold mode, to recall, or to remain in it.

Rotary Telephone Service

This service lets you to specify the parameters how the Panasonic Voice Processing System should work in case the caller uses a rotary telephone or does not know how to work with the Panasonic Voice Processing System.

Intercom Paging Parameters

This option lets you to set up the Panasonic Voice Processing System parameter of the Intercom Paging mode, which makes it possible to let the subscriber know via the speakerphone that there is a call.

Fax Management

With this option you can program the Panasonic Voice Processing System to automatically forward all incoming faxes to two extensions that are used for receiving faxes.

Call Parameters

This option is used for specifying the call parameters of the Panasonic Voice Processing System. You can set up:

• The time after which the Panasonic Voice Processing System will disconnect a call if there is silence on the line during this interval.
• The minimum length of messages recorded for the Panasonic Voice Processing System
• The number of times the Panasonic Voice Processing System will switch on the Message Waiting Lamp on the telephone of an extension that has unplayed messages waiting.
