Department Dialing

This option is using for programming quick dial buttons for accessing extensions.

Operator's Parameters

This option lets you to configure the settings for operators. You can specify the extensions for operators, their mailbox numbers, rules for forwarding calls if some operator does not answer or is busy. All these parameters can be specified for 4 time intervals (Day, Night, Lunch, Break).

Alternate Extension

This feature lets you to configure the list of extensions for which the Alternate Transfer Sequence is used instead of the standard Transfer Sequence (see the PBX Dialing Parameters Service)
